MIS 374 course teaches concepts and techniques related to the iterative software development lifecycle (SDLC) including planning, analysis, design, build, quality assurance, and implementation. The course also teaches topics such as client management, scope management, and risk management.
As a project manager, led a team through a root cause analysis, user stories and functional requirements, risk evaluation, ROI analysis, and system diagrams for a real company. Included task management on Trello, iterative, agile development, and creating documentation.
